Our government has just taken the unprecedented steps of unconstitutionally nationalizing the majority of our banking system. Article 1, section 10, clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution states: “No State shall . . . pass any . . . ex post facto Law or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts.”. And yet, this is exactly what Mouch Paulson has done.
